South Florida doesn’t really have all four seasons like the rest. Summer is pretty dominant all year long. While everyone is wearing sweaters in October, Floridians are still at the beach.
My sister wanted to go out and take photos at a pumpkin patch. So I suggested we go to Burr’s Berry Farm which I heard about from my friend Courtney.
Burr’s is known for their shakes, jams, strawberries and other farm fresh produce. They had a harvest festival that included a pumpkin farm, corn maze, hay maze, and more.
Later on at home, I set up a photoshoot with one of my Snoopy’s that is dressed up for Halloween and Jack-O-Pineapple. My sister carved a pineapple to look like a pumpkin jack-o-lantern.
She had never carved a pumpkin before but decided to carve a pineapple to get that Florida feel for the fall season. It came out awesome.
She took her own photos with the pineapple and pumpkins but I decided to add Snoopy so it would be a different setup.
Snoopy is one of my favorite characters from the Peanuts comic strip. I have been a fan since I was born. My first year photos even have Snoopy in them.
